How do I request access to WebFOCUS Reports?

  • Download an IT Systems Access Request form from the CITE website
  • Be sure to include the Name and Location of the report you need access to: Ex: Name: REC009 Location: REC009/Standard Reports/general
  • Sign and Date the form
  • Get your Department Head to Sign and Date the form
  • Scan and email the form to helpdesk@hwfj-art.com
